What information is collected

Information you provide directly, when you choose to give it:

• Contact form — your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message field.
• Facebook or Instagram lead forms — if you respond to an advertisement using a form inside Facebook or Instagram, the name, phone number and answers you submit there are passed on so your enquiry can be returned.
• Phone calls — if you call, whatever you choose to tell us about you and your dog. Calls are not recorded.

Information collected automatically when you visit the site: standard server and analytics data such as pages viewed, the approximate region you are browsing from, referring website, browser and device type. This is used to understand which pages are useful and whether advertising is working.

How that information is used

• To respond to your enquiry and schedule training.
• To discuss your dog’s needs and recommend a package.
• To understand which pages and advertisements bring in enquiries, so money is not wasted on ones that do not.

Your information is not used to send marketing email or text messages unless you have asked to hear from us.

Who your information is shared with

Client information is never sold, rented or traded. It is shared only with the service providers that make this website and its enquiry forms work:

• Vercel — website hosting.
• Supabase — database hosting for site content.
• Resend — delivers contact form submissions by email.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising and lead forms. Where advertising measurement is enabled, Meta may receive information about visits to this site in order to report on advertising performance. Meta’s own handling of that data is governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Cookies and advertising measurement

This site may use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to measure whether advertising is producing enquiries and to avoid showing advertisements to people who have already been in touch. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can control how advertising is personalised to you in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you using this website.

Your choices and your rights

You can ask, at any time, to see what information is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right not to be treated differently for exercising them. Since client information is never sold, there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

How long information is kept, and children

Enquiry and client information is kept only as long as it is needed to provide training and keep ordinary business records, and is deleted on request. This website and these services are not directed at children under 13, and information is not knowingly collected from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
