I answer the phone personally

No automated menus, no call centers, no assistants. You talk directly to Debi, your trainer.

We assess your dog's needs over the phone

The assessment is done during the free 20-minute phone consultation. I will ask about your dog's breed, age, temperament, and the specific behaviors you want to address. This is where we build the foundation for your training plan.

I recommend the best training package

Based on our conversation, I will suggest the training program that fits your dog's needs and your budget. No upselling, no pressure.

We schedule your first session

We pick a date and time that works for your schedule. Training sessions are available 7 days a week.

I come to your home and get started right away

On the day of your first session, I look around your home, ask a few questions, and start going over things right away — what needs to change with placement of the dog bed, where the dog sleeps at night, feeding schedule, exercise routine, and more. We get to work immediately. I also allow extra time in all my sessions — I am not watching the clock.
